do not go over person limit at any time
younger than 13 years must remain in lifejacket at all times
return prior to end time with boat ready to offload and pack out trash
21 and older with a valid drivers license (renters under age 21 will individually screened based on level of skill and maturity)
no smoking/no drinking and driving/no tying together with other boats/no syphoning gas from rental/not recommended to go close to shore, your risk for damages
gray top boat additionally prohibited from bringing a bbq, fishing, or pets
DD rental additionally prohibited from watersports towing
Blue top boat additionally prohibited from bringing a bbq and watersports towing
RESERVATION POLICY

minimum $30 cancellation charge* ** ***
*for non holiday M-Th if no later than 3 days prior to rental. Less than a 3-day notice is a cancellation charge of 1/4 the full rental amount
**for 1 boat, non-holiday Fri, Sat, Sun if no later than 8 days prior. Less than 8 days, the cancellation charge is 1/2 the rental
***for multiple boats or holiday Fri, Sat, Sun if notified later than 2 weeks prior to rental. Less than 2-week notice, will be charged a minimum of half the total, per boat, up to the full rental amount.
